Our promise to you is simple. We can design a professional Website for your business
and provide all the initial and ongoing support at a very affordable price. All
designs are initially based upon our Basic Design Package as detailed below. Our
Basic Design Package can be modified to your individual needs through our other
add-on options.

The Basic Design Package includes:

Consultation
|
Initial planning and development is free via e-mail, phone, or in person

Orientation
|
Up to two hours of total general Internet orientation, education, marketing strategy,
and Web design consultation
|

Complexity
|
Up to five Web pages (Home, About Us, Directions, etc.)

|
Text
|
The client is responsible for the final text displayed on the pages
|
|
Links
|
Up to an average of 3 external links per page, and an e-mail response link on each
Web page to any e-mail address the client designates
|
|
Custom Graphics
|
Company logo or other top-of-page graphic, bullets, lines, colored or textured background,
as well as two photos or graphics per page, are included
|
|
Email Accounts
|
Up to five email accounts bearing your domain, as in support@mybusiness.com, are
included. Email accounts are setup and managed by us. Client will receive instructions
on how to access their email via a Web browser

Revisions
|
A maximum of two revisions to the draft Website will be included at no extra cost
to create the look and feel that is desired
|
|
Updates
|
Minor updates to existing Web pages will be made for two weeks from completion of
project

Hosting
|

Domain Name Registration

Search Engine Submittal
|
Initial registration to the top five search engines offering free listings, such
as Google, Bing (formerly MSN), and Yahoo

Website Hosting
During the Design and Testing phase a Website is placed on a temporary hosting account
for the client to view. After completion of the project the Website will be placed
on a host server for the world to see. We have partnered with a reputable hosting
company to provide fast, reliable and affordable hosting. The cost for hosting is
an affordable $129 per year.
Domain Name Registration
We will register any available Web address for your business at only $15 per year.
