The act of navigating HTML documents on the web by clicking hyperlinks.
Cascading Style Sheet or CSS
Cascading style sheets tell browsers how to display HTML documents. It is the "formating" of pages by setting positions, margins, colors, backgrounds and text styles to name a few.
Client Device
A device capable of connecting to a server and forming part of its network.
Data-Driven Website
A website that relies on a database for some or all of its functionallity.

A collection of related information stored in a way that is fast and easy to retrieve and/or modify.
Domain Name Registration
The act of obtaining an URL address such as www.mybiz.com. Domain names are normally registered on a yearly basis and are very inexpensive to purchase.
Domain Name Server
A server specifically dedicated to translating URLs into IP addresses. It is easier to remember www.microsoft.com then it is to remember its IP address.

A dynamic website, as opposed to a

, has programming logic that changes some or all of the content on a page based on either user input or as part of the website's processing logic.
